Terms of bandwidth allocation
Please note that we prohibit VPN and proxy services that allow to bypass local governmental restrictions for p2p services and video streaming services for customers from China mainland.- For a bandwidth of 100Mbit/s or less incoming and outgoing traffic on the client's VPS is free of charge without any limits.
- For a bandwidth of 100 Mbit/s and more all outgoing traffic from the client's VPS is free of charge without volume limit, subject to incoming-outgoing ratio of 1:4 (ie, the total share of incoming traffic should be no more than 25% of the outgoing traffic). Customers who are not able to maintain this ratio have to contact our sales department for an individual offer.
- By default client's virtual server has a 100 Mbit/s port connection with 30% load limit. For an additional fee of $106.6 (+$33.31 setup) you can order an unlimited dedicated 100 Mbit/s port or for $1065.96 (+$333.11 setup) an unlimited dedicated 1000 Mbit/s. When ordering 1 Gbit/s connection the client is provided with a dedicated port on the node.
Operating Systems
The following Operating Systems with base configuration are available for setup on VPS hosting:
FreeBSD, Debian Linux, Ubuntu Server, Fedora Linux Core, CentOS, TrixBOX CE, Windows Server.
Also for an additional fee of $26.65 it is possible to install other OS's1. Or the client may install any OS by himself using the VMWare vSphere Client software.

1 - The possibility of installation of a non-standard operating system has to be discussed with the support team separately. If for whatever reason the system cannot be installed by eServer.eu team the clients have the option of installing any operating system through the VMWare vSphere Client console software.
2 - Due to the virtual machine's disk space restrictions on "VPS Start" and "VPS Light" service plans it is possible to install only Windows Server 2008 Web out of Windows' operating systems. Any operating system can be installed when renting extra storage space (30GB and above). There are no restrictions for UNIX operating system installations.
